We receive lots of email here at V8TV, and this time we decided to answer a few on video rather than type 'em up. We address how to hook-up a 1000 horsepower Chevelle, as well as where to get some of the things recently seen on V8TV. Feel free to send any questions you have about the project cars, parts, tools, or anything else to this link anytime!

Our '71 Olds Cutlass "S71" is going to make some power with the help of a 76mm turbocharger built by Bullseye Power that we got from Outlaw Turbo Motorsports . Our buddy Brett Evans came by to help with the install, and in this video, Brett takes us through the anatomy of the Bullseye Turbo and why we chose it.

Our Olds is going to be powered by a 400 + cubic inch, FAST fuel injected , Bullseye Power Turbocharged Olds engine built by BTR Performance , which means it's going to make alot of power. It also means the car is going to need a stout fuel supply to keep up with the engine. Today, we're looking at the components of our FAST Fuel System In A Box including the fuel pump, filters, regulator, y-block, and all the included wiring and fittings. We're also taking a sidebar to explain the mystery behind AN and NPT fittings and what those "dash" numbers mean. Download the Earl's Thread Size Guide here!

Flaring lines for brakes and fuel systems can be a pain, and properly sealing double flared fittings are essential for safety. Traditional clamp-style flare tools can be tricky to master, often times creating imperfect double flares forcing you to re-bend a new line. However, we'll never have a bad flare again in our shop.. this Eastwood Professional double flare tool not only makes perfect double flares every time, but it's so easy to use, you could do it blindfolded. Really.

Our 1965 Chevelle had a series of shallow dents all over the hood that seemed to follow the contours of the underhood structure. It looked as if someone dumped 500 pounds of sand on the hood, "forming" it to the inner structure. We didn't just want to fill the recesses with body filler, so John pulled out a cool dent pulling tool which uses a spot-welding tip on one end, and a lever action puller to quickly pull the steel back into shape. Check out this demo video to see how it worked!

The metalwork is completed on our 1965 Chevelle, and now the car is entering the bodywork phase. The hood displays a unique pattern... like a large weight pushed the hood skin into the inner structure of the hood, which will have to be straightened. In this video, Kelle takes us through some of the items that have been fixed, like the door gaps and panel replacements, before the car enters the dent fix / body filler phase of the project.

Would you believe this beat-up lookin' 1940 Ford truck is actually riding on a high-tech frame and Mustang II suspension system and is a capable autocross performer? All the cool add-ons attracted our attention, like the rat-trap pedals, the horseshoe-mounted rifle, and the drive-in speakers, but we later learned that this rusto-rod is hiding a completely updated chassis and driveline. Check out the video of this very cool and creative old truck.
