Fixing rusted A-pillars on 73 challenger

Hi all any body know how I can fix my A-pillars on my 73 challenger they look really rusted does somebody make replacements or do I need to fabricate something thanks

I think the best route would be to find some clean ones from a donor car - maybe something out west - and replace them that way.
