No worries.. I'd like to do an addendum to that one with a better housing for the IVR when we re-make it..

Kevin,

You mentioned in a thread over at pro-touring.com that you used Dorman plastic fuel line in the Galaxie.  I'm thinking of using it on my project and was wondering if you had any tips and tricks for using it?  I'm a bit apprehensive about the routing of it since it come in a coil.  How did you route it and secure it to the car?   If you had to do it over again would you go the same route or would you use something else?

Thanks,
Sean

Sean,

I'd use it again in a heartbeat.    It is very easy to use.. it has about the same flexibility as the lines the air ride guys use on their suspension systems.   It will un-coil easily without damage.   You can route the stuff nearly anywhere, just protect it from heat and abrasion.     We have rubber hose slipped over any areas where it might come in contact with the frame, etc.   And to secure it, you can use Adell type rubber lined ring clamps, aluminum line clamps, or find some of the plastic push-on kinds the O.E.s use.   It's really the fastest and easiest way to route fuel lines.
