Each year, the SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV, brings out nearly the entire automotive aftermarket and about a zillion showcars and trucks to show off new products. These cars oftern come together in the last few weeks before the show - like our
Royal Sport Camaro ]project did last year and no doubt our
1969 Chevelle SS496 project is this year.
There are hundreds of builders thrashing to finish their SEMA cars and trucks
right now, and we thought it would be cool to touch base with some of them to hear thier stories along the way. Because we don't have the budget to fly to each of these shops and shoot video interviews with them all, we're recording phone interviews and posting them in our SEMA THRASHERS forum so people can tune in and check them out. Then, we'll shoot a video feature of each car in Vegas and you'll be able to see the finished cars.
We elected to use the new V8TV Forum for these interviews, as they allow for 2-way communication... feel free to post responses and questions in the threads. We'll be sure to pass the questions along to the builders when we talk to them.
