How would like to do a front wheel alignment on this GTO?

I quest if you use the old string method you might get close, but it would be an intresting challenge. I do like his take on the front grill and nose panel in the tilt he put in it.

My first impression when I looked at it was "Oh you poor Goat... " But I too really like how he has laid the grill back and gave it a very aero look. I also noted the license plate says "V16." I would like to know more!
